The bill (Reg. No. 2698) aims at significantly reducing administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.
The draft law suggests amending the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, Code on Civil Protection of Ukraine and the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere”.
People’s deputies believe that adoption of the abovementioned bill will strengthen approaches to exercising state monitoring over economic activity; provide possibility for introduction of responsibility of bodies of state supervision (control) for damages caused to the subject of economic activity by illegal actions and non-adherence to the procedure of exercising state control; and will refine investment climate and stipulate attraction of domestic and foreign investments into the economy of Ukraine.
